FabHotel MN International - Above milan traders near dawat e hind restaurant

The location is very convenient and centrally located. I knew this from old reviews and the rooms are really small. These are for solo travelers, not for family or friends. The rooms are very clean with good AC, TV and geyser in the bathroom. I opted for breakfast, but there is no provision for that, they will give you puri bhaji from an outside stall, with tea, which i didn't like. They gave me the option of Idli Sambar which i refused and i requested for bread omelette (single egg) and coffee, which they refused. Basically don't go for the breakfast option, i recommend.

The location was good as it is in the centre, all the markets and visiting places were in the same direction, the rooms of the hotel were decorated and clean, one negative point was that the room was not a little bright so the staff there was very good. Do not include morning breakfast in the room rent, the free breakfast was not that good. Morning tea was very good, I would recommend Zemato for breakfast , there is a very good restaurant opposite for lunch - “Dawate-e-hind”.

They got me a tini tiny room. As a skinny guy I couldn't even comfortably sit on the toilet. They got me a different room. Mattress and blanket were dirty and torn. Low ceiling as a Muslim I hardly managed to pray in the room.

The room was clean and spacious with good lighting. We had continuous access to hot water. The staff was courteous and friendly. There was someone available at the desk 24 hours The location is also really good with several good eateries in walking distance. Overall good place to stay.

It was great stay at the property. Rooms were clean and hygienic, staff was well dressed and managed. Availed quick service whenever I called reception. Food was very delicious.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Worth Even 1 Star I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly disappointed. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The staff was rude and unhelpful, barely acknowledging my presence at check-in. The room was in terrible condition—unclean, poorly maintained, and smelled musty. The bed linens appeared unchanged, and I found hair on the pillow The bathroom was even worse: broken tiles, a leaking faucet, and no hot water throughout my stay. Wi-Fi, which was advertised as free and fast, barely worked. I had to rely on mobile data for everything. The air conditioning unit was noisy and ineffective, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the walls were paper-thin, so I could hear every sound from the neighboring rooms and hallway. Breakfast was included but not edible—cold, stale, and extremely limited. This place is severely overpriced for what it offers. It feels more like a run-down guesthouse than a proper hotel. I would strongly advise against booking here. The hotel was clean but the room was not swept and cleaned every day. The room was cleaned on 5 th the day I checked in. On 6 and 7th nobody came to clean the room till I checked out. The bed sheet seemed to used one. So it was dirty. There was no mug in the bathroom to have bath. No line was there to dry the wet towel.

All over services was excellent. Food quality was much better. Room has well maintained, unfortunately washroom size is very small.

Everything was fine, but the bathroom was very small. We didn't try the food, but I hope it's good too. However, there was a problem with the washroom - it was too small. The washbasin in the washroom was even smaller. A hotel bathroom shouldn't be that small. Everything else was good, the cleaning and hygiene were excellent, and the staff's behavior was very good. The only issue was with the washroom. The water facilities were also great, with good water pressure. Everything else was good, thank you.
