1. No facilities in the room. Paint of the room was bad. There was pungent smell in the room and washroom. Shower wasn’t working properly and no hot water. 2. AC went off in mid night with no one at the reception to complain. We had to sleep under the fan with humidity. 3. Common area has no lights and both the entries have a lot of standing water with no one to help with the luggage.

It was terrible,dorms were like rat hole.Roof was leaking from everywhere.Basic necessities wasn’t there.Even I had to ask for handwash in washroom.Water container was empty post 11 at night,it was only avail after 7:30 in morning.Their was water logging in the main gate as it was raining,most importantly roof was leaking, where was safety if their is storm.Worst experience.Their was no networks inside the dorms,plus the Wi-Fi doesn’t even work inside the dorms.Just horrible

Very nice rooms and services. Good location is good. Very nice cleaning toilet and very hygienic.

The toilets were not clean, the place always smelled bad. Staff lacks professionalism. I have been to other zostels and this was below par.

The location was good and loved it

I recently stayed at zostel, and I was extremely disappointed. The rooms were tiny, with barely any space to move around. There was absolutely no room to open my luggage, so everything just ended up in a disorganized mess. On top of that, the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming. The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful, and it didn’t feel like a comfortable or hospitable environment at all. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a decent place to stay.

The stay dors not look like the picture shown here- the rooms are old and not maintained well. The lighting is bad and the washroom was also small.

The location is good reachable and easy to find. amenities is not that much good and I will expect more from zostal.

1. I am really disappointed because full of mosquito, cockroach(inside the locker) & millipede I am unable sleep properly 2. Wifi too poor nothing is working properly 3. Workstation is not allowed after 10pm 4. Breakfast should be provided in to the hotel itself. 5. Locker key should provide by the zostel.

Spacious and well maintained. The owner and volunteer faiza both are chill and very kind. It has amazing view of the alleppey beach so you can go anytime of the day and relax there

The washroom was good but there is some scope of improvement in the bedroom also it was real struggle to switch on ac and adjust the temperature as the remote was not working at all

The host ridish & josh was very friendly & helpful stay was good... food was too tasty... nice experience during the stay.. highly recommended

Worst experience, cleanliness is not there. Poor hygienic and bad host. Bad behaviour of the inmates.

Zostel allepey was a great experience given that it was located at just by the beach. It had direct access to the beach. Rooms were clean and staff were supportive. Only thing missing was hot water for bath.

Its an excellent experience at zostel, josh is a excellent host, loved his hospitality and the ambience and all is very good
