The property was excellent! Our host, Mr. Bonnie, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He assisted us with several travel plans and local itineraries, making our trip much easier. The homestay kitchen was fully functional and well-maintained, allowing us to prepare tea and evening snacks. In a nutshell, this property is truly one of a kind. I’d also like to highlight the breakfast quality, which was top-notch — and it was so thoughtful of Mr. Bonnie to serve it himself. I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Alleppey. A well mainted, quaint little homestay with 4 bedrooms. Located very close to the back waters, market and cafes. Rooms are clean and decently spacious with basic amenities. Big bathrooms. Cordial and friendly staff.

There was homely atmosphere. Boney joseph treated us as family member & he took care of every requirements. We will soon visit this place once again. The rooms were clean & in very good condition.

A home away from home. Fantastic property with ample space to walk around. Very close to allepey backwaters and one of the points from where the boating takes place. Boney, the caretaker of the property, is humble and a nice person. He ensured our stay was comfortable and fantastic. It's a perfect homestay and highly recommend.

Calm and serene, indeed. This place has a cosy vibe. Location is great. It is near to central part of the city, but manages to keep itself away from the noise and the bustle of the city. The caretaker is very helpful. He arranged for local travel within city limits.
