I booked a room, The room's neatness is good and their service is also good The area is silent and there is a good parking area. but after booking they gave me a room but the furniture and electronics are not well maintained, The TV is not working and the bed is damaged. I reported the issue after that they gave me a room that is well maintained except the washroom tap.

The room was not well maintained. There were visible stains on the cupboards and walls that could have been easily cleaned. The washroom was also below expectations — the closet lid was nearly worn out, and overall cleanliness was lacking. Additionally, the bed linens showed signs of excessive wear from repeated use, and I found hair on the bedsheet, which was quite off-putting.

I recently stayed at AJ Park Hotel in Alleppey, and it was truly a nightmare. The rooms were shockingly unhygienic, and the bathrooms had a foul odor, clearly showing a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. The worst part was the bedbugs, which made sleeping impossible and left us feeling uncomfortable and frustrated. I urge anyone considering this place to look elsewhere – supporting hotels that don’t prioritize cleanliness or guest comfort only encourages more bad practices. Spare yourself the terrible experience and choose a more reputable hotel in Alleppey. --

Ac is not functioning properly and bed and bed sheet filled with dirt and filthy. Poor. Only positive is parking

Rooms are spacious, hot water and mentioned amenities are given. But rooms are not smelling good.

Itne was good but restaurant are very bad. Not clean and option for breakfast is nothing. They will only give you dosha. Do not book room including breakfast better you get outside
