The map location and the real location do not tally. It was a struggle locating it since we reached midnight. The staff was helpful, the hotel didn’t meet my expectations of cleanliness. There were cockroaches, which was an embarrassment with international guests. To my disappointment there was no dining area, it was a kilometer or so away the hotel owned restaurant. Was a struggle to arrange breakfast, although the staff was kind enough to have arranged a microwave for me. Took me a day to find an alternative stay and moved out 16th dc noon. I would request for refund. The hotel said i should connect with make my trip for the same. Please help process.

Room was filled with cockroaches and leaky taps, our rooms were changed upon request but the new rooms had the same exact problems and when asked to cancel our booking of 3 days and provide refund of 2 days the hotel denied doing so, the front desk asked us to adjust with the cockroaches as it is common and when i spoke to the manager he said he will provide me the details of a pest control company and i can do pest control in my room

We requested for a early checkin and they allowed only after paying extra for early checkin. The room air conditioner was not working and on multiple complaints after 4 hours they called a technician to fix it. Front desk keeps on changing every hour with no handover or communication between them. Room was ok but not ventilated so if your air conditioner is not working u r in a oven. Mix of good and bad experiences

Not good, dirty rooms, hot water not come, stinky room, telephone was not working and bathroom is horrible. How i can earn 6%

No restaurant. Phone in room was not working. Had to go in person to reception for any room service. Booked room with complimentary continental breakfast. They said we will serve in the room and asked us to order. They bought from nearest hotel and served food. Room was good. But service and aminities are poor

No parking room stinks no sanitation no restaurant tea supplied in papper cups had to skip complementary breakfast due to the bad condition of service. Stay not worth the money paid. Pay back my money

Awful breakfast from some local outlet. No in hotel food facilities. Lack of staff and services. Everything was below expectations for the price. No hand sanitizer. No toothbrush or paste. No handwash in the washroom. Broken toilet sheet. Felt like wasted my time and money

Rooms are very spacious, food quality and quantity is also excellent, staffs are very friendly. Overall nice place to stay

There's literally no in-house food / kitchen. There was loud construction work going on above us. Moved out within 3 hours.
Noisy environment, messy and poor quality rooms, needs a revamp. Would not recommend this to anyone. Moved out within 3 hours.

Not recommended under any circumstances
Room was not ready even after giving prior info for late checkin. No cleanliness or sanitization. No water for entire night due to motor malfunction, water was available only after 12 next day. Package included breakfast but same was not served. Not recommended even if the stay is free of cost.
