Good Stay
Property is in good location. Amenities are also very good in comparison to price. But food facilities are very poor in the breakfast. Lunch & Dinner are not available in the hotel. Cleanings are not done on regular basis. Tea maker is available in the room but ingredients are supplied on the basis of the request of the guest Property is in good location. Poor Stay
The breakfast was so bad! also the bed sheet was torn and the location is even bad . they don’t even hzve a lift till the top floor znd we got to walk through stairs for our room

Decent budget sheet
Decent budget hotel. Nothing fancy but works well for a short comfortable stay. Good location and staff is helpful. No amenities (and not expected). Linen was clean. No toiletries provided. Breakfast was complete let down and while they show it to a big thing, its avoidable.

Dirty life not working stinking bed water was not flowing toilet water was not draining.

Receptionist dono english he only know hindi he speaks arrogantly. No basic things kept like brush paste. Tv not working, room is not clean. Lift is not working at night, when we climb steps 2nd floor full of wastes. Breakfast not good. Please avoid

coupleThis is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Varanasi & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. We stayed at 3 hotels in Varanasi and this one was our favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere.

Non smoking property and linen quality
solo1) the description says smoking within the premises allowed. But then the caretaker said smoking is not allowed. You need to get down 4 floors and come to the road for smoking 2) the bed linen and towels were with strains. Could have been better 3) thankfully the aircon worked!
