Very bad experience food not available location is very bad not have a any facilities near by rooms wrost residency

road is in comfort way bcoz near by no have tea shop or hotel agin com to lake area he never provide tea or any think location ok viwe

Average room and reception boys are arrogant. There is no ventilation in the room, No open windows, no fan too. Rooms are very suffocating and can’t feel the weather. We tired to upgrade the room and staff saying no rooms, but we can see many empty rooms. I don’t understand why this reception boy is lying

There are lot of issues like : 1. Room was hired for 3 adults plus one kid . We were provided one king size bed and one extra mattress on floor. 2. ⁠Hot water facility was not there on 1st day. 3. ⁠No room cleaning was done during our entire stay. 4. ⁠Room service was very poor. 5. ⁠No facility of self making/ servicing of tea . Tea was served without providing plate. 6. Food is served only when cook is available .

No network connection, WiFi was not working till late evening after that also the quality was very poor. Limited food available, the taste is little below average. No restaurant available in 2-3 KM radius

Our experience staying there is good. The place situated at a good place and the hotel staff is very supportive

The stay at Zian Elite Residency was decent, with clean rooms and well-maintained spaces. However, accessibility was a challenge due to the steep road, and parking was inconvenient. Service was slow, especially with food orders, and basic amenities like water refills and a working TV remote were lacking. With better service and improved accessibility, the experience could be much better.

Room was really neat and clean and food was really good, i can say like home food. Thanks to martin who is taking care of all the guest and he arranged local transport arrangement etc.

Road will be very depth. Proper drivers only to drive. Other wise very dangerous. Property very nice. Food is average. Balcony views are good. Staff response properly. Good boys. Pls develop road and food thank u

Not recommend if you are going by car. Last 400m road is very very steep road. We booked for 3h only. After reaching very close we decided not to go. If you plan to hire 2 wheeler, you can go

Rooms are good only, but the location is too inside and difficult to manage without personal vehicle. Availablity of food is major problem and there is no hotel near by. Even for tea and coffee we need to order so ealy and will get after 2 hrs only. Breakfast items are very limited and we need to order so early. There is no sufficient staff and one person is managing everything, there is no intercom facility, we need to call from mobile to reception for everything. There is no lift facility, for everything we need to use steps. Major issue, we faced is water problem. Full dirty water came in and we cannot use, hotel people told that they cannot provide good water and asked to leave hotel if not interested. We are having lot of struggles related to water, food during our stay. Atleast 2 rooms we moved our laugauge due to water.

It's good stay at reasonable price. It seems to be 4 km form kodaikanal lake but the way to reach this stay is not good. Cab fare from kodaikanal lake to the this stay is 800 rs

You will he the good view from your room this is the only best think you can experience. No wifi, hot water, no drinking water provided, no food available in the hotel and our check in time was at 9 am but we got the room at 10. 30 am.

Hotel is neat and clean, food also good, friendly staffs. To reach reach cottage is bit complicated since uphill short width road and 20 mins drive from lake junction. Apart from that if you like to stay in remote location with nature u can choose it. I had booked 2 deluxe rooms but receptionist suggested to choose combined rooms with royal suite with additional cost of 500 rs. I faced issue like tv not working in one of the room.

Rooms of hotel are just average class while at booking site rooms have been named, delux room & royal suite.

Room service is good. Food cost is cheap and taste is very nice. And also we have a private space with no distrubance.

The place is nice and the stay is a good approach is a little bit of difficult mountain driving is necessary

Very nice service. 5, kms from lake and very pleasant. Please plan for travel to room. Cab drivers will charge 300 to 500rs.
