Worst experience in hotel cokkers heater doesnt work ,room service also poor doesn't response properly too bad

excellent service 💯 clean and neat maintenance budget friendly ☺️ near to bustand food with accommodation facility..

Bad smells all over the room. Pillows & blankets not washed, it’s having stains & smell. Water heater not working. Not recommended for any one. Very bad experience

I visited here many times, it was very good experience earlier. This time i feel it needs to improve the cleanliness. Staff behaviour is good

The entire room was dirty, the bed, mattress, and pillow were very dirty, torn, and had cigarette .

Geyser was not working, very poor cleanliness and no towels and soaps provided.

1.Physically challenged person accessibility not provided. 2. Rooms not provided in ground floor, 3. Rooms provided -2 floor, 4. Service is very good.

One of the best hotel at affordable price, near to cookers tower and bryant park . Also, foods are available at resonable price and its delicious. Best place for family

Rest room was not hygiene, Room heater also not worked properly, they are provided for some few hours in morning time only and Telephone also not worked but staff behavior good.

The floors were constantly wet, making it very difficult and unsafe to walk. Every complaint was met with excuses, and the food was pathetic and inedible. This hotel completely ruined our trip. Definitely not recommended for anyone!”

It was very nice restaurant and for staying purpose. It was totally worthy and their maintainence is nice and overall it is excellent

Everything is bad about this hotel.Cleanliness,Staff response,Rooms.A big disappointment.They don't care whether you stay or go.Did not use bathroom here in my 4 hrs of stay even if I had booked the room for a day.

location is good.. no clealiness.. very poor experinence.. not recommended for families. experienced first time
