Cable not working drinking water very very dirty

Very poor Experience. Mosquito and Bee more linving in Rooms. not Clean. costly in room not worth

AVERAGE ROOM , BUT CAR PARKING AND APPROACH ROAD IS TOO BAD !!!

Overall Hotel is good, washroom is also nice, Manager Sandeep is helpful person.

My rooms were not ready after I had reached there. They gave only three towels to seven guests. nearby No food accommodation was available. The behavior of the staff was not pleasant.

The hotel was located at a nice location. The lake and other tourist destinations were nearby. We got a decent view from the balcony. But the condition of the room was bad. The walls were damaged. Hot water had a limited time window, and sometimes they closed it even before time. Even for basic amenities such as towels and soaps we had to follow up. They mention room service in the description, but no room service was available. No one even came to clean the room. But most importantly, there was no safety. People tried to open the room door when we were asleep. At night also someone opened the door without knocking and peeked into the room. Bad experience this way.

Book 3rooms for my7 family members.after reaching first they told no booking was made After showing booking details in ,they insisted to allot worst room instead of booked rooms.So that they can earn extra money for rooms booked by mine they demanded extra 500 per room for rooms which were booked by mine as was shown in photos.However any how i get the room the morning hot water was not coming in two rooms.Very bad experience in kodaikanal.Each one try to make money by trapping visotors. nothing is special in Kodaikanal.so my experience says explore other hill station.

after reaching only i got to know it's old house modified no ventilation in the room and no hot water supply.

We reached the hotel after the starting room was clean and checked in for a 25 min delay and rooms not proper clean

Property amenities isn't upto standard. Could have been better in comparison to the price. Should give more importance to cleanliness.

We booked a deluxe room at lumino fair-stay after inquiring about room availability by phone. Upon arrival, they provided us with a dirty room that resembled a garage in the building. However, when we checked the room, it showed pictures of a room in good condition. We were surprised by the room we received. When we asked for a better room, they said they didn’t have any available, despite the entire building being vacant. We also inquired why we were given this dirty room when we booked, and they said that’s what you get when booking. They also mentioned that if we had come directly, they would have reduced the room charge and given us a better room, even if they initially quoted a higher price over the phone. The owners of the fair-stay were from kerala, and they behaved very rudely, using inappropriate language, even though we were also from kerala. The behavior and communication were very poor, and they handled our concerns very poorly. Therefore, we left the place and later booked a different stay for our trip, and we didn’t stay there at all. They didn’t even provide a single rupee as a refund. I will never suggest this property for a stay if you are going to kodaikanal for a happy trip.

Pleasant experience! bathing hot water will deliver morning 2 hours and evening based on your request only. Entertainment only tv. Balcony access only for higher end only.

They stay was nice, rooms were clean and location of the stay is fairly close to the lake so that's good. The stars were very well behaved and nice. It was a lovely stay.
