The room they allocated was very bad,smells like urine.and we asked them to change the room.but hospitality and services are very bad.try to get a better one.

A very bad room was provided. In my booking, I reserved 2 rooms — one AC and one non-AC. The AC room was average, but the non-AC room was terrible. There was no bathroom lock, the space was very small (only suitable for a single bed), and the bathroom ceiling area was open, causing the smell to spread into the room. I had also requested a GST B2B bill, but it was not provided. At that time, I contacted your customer care, but no solution was given

The rooms were not clean and the TV was not working. They gave me a new room when I raised the concern and the second was better compared to the first but still I can see hairs in the bed and floor.

Stay was comfortable. Rooms were spacious and toilets were clean and with all attachments. Hot water facility was there. Staff is cooperative, sincere and well behaved.

we booked budget rooms which was not good, so we upgraded to ac room which is neat and clean anyway pillow was not clean. only issue with is lift. they have small lift which is slow and can fit only 4. we were family of 6 so 2 of us climed 3 floor most of time

Very near to the temple. Neat and clean room and bedding. Running hot water available for a bath any time. Good option to stay. Helpful people at front desk

Unclean rooms. not worth for whatever you pay for it. Felt like a dormitory was much better option than this. No toiletries, nothing was provided by them. When asked they said towel or soap or any such will be provided only for deluxe rooms.

Room was not worth the money considering it was walkable distance from the temple it was good.

the rooms were so bad..the staff was very lazy and were not ready to help ...we were provided by wet bedsheets for a cold night... there were mosquitoes in our room..the curtain were so lite it seemed like it didn't exist..the whole night it felt like we had left our lights on due to the flimsy curtains.. even water was not provided..they just left a dusty rusty jug ...we were not provided with the room which we had booked and when enquired they just laughed off saying talk to manager who was not present..just a horrendous experience all together....very bad will never recommend.

We Stayed in Room 212. - It has a leaky ceiling. Probably its the portion below higher floor room's bathroom. - A/C wasnt working as the remote was not provided. After complaining, service staff came with multiple times with different remote but none of didnt work - Service staff were not considerate enough to let us sleep after failed repeated attempts and making the last visit by heavy knocking as late as 11.30 pm. They were in fact not ready to agree that it was indeed a mistake to wake us at that hour. We - Only good thing is that the manager was gracious enough to let us stay for 2.5 hrs post checkout

Location is good.. room ambience is not as shown in picture.Rest all fine.

the Stay was really nice the room was clean there was a little bit of water dripping from the ceiling. but then I don't think that ruined the stay because it was pretty good overall.

Room was neat and clean on Check in. Next days Room Cleaning Services were very poor. in our 3 days stay not cleaned Wash Rooms. Only advantage is very near to Temple and proximity to Shopping and Hotels for food.

No food available but restaurants are nearby, so no issue of food. No room service available. The location is excellent. Non availablity of telephone, towel etc may discolor the stay. But room is spacious and well equipped. I suggest this place.

Rooms are decently big and clean and that only plus we have here. I had to change first room because flush water was coming out on floor. We got new room and it was stinking, blankets were dirty. Not helpful staff

property is not maintained well and make my trip is scamming people by showing good rooms under the budget given

No food, no room services. Bath Towels, Bath Soap ... provided on demand. Tax Invoice is not provided, inspite of demand at the time of booking itself. But agreed to share it through WhatsApp.
