Oveall good experience as the hotel rate was cheaper and very near to Temple

An average room. Their checkout time is 9am. So we have to rush in the morning.

I recently stayed at Baghirathi Hotel and the experience was far below expectations. The biggest issue was the bathroom condition, which was pathetic. The tiles were black, the toilet needed maintenance, the buckets were dirty, and the wash pipes were leaking. It looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. This alone made the stay extremely uncomfortable. My first room had a non-functional AC, so I was shifted to another room. This was quite good response. While the room was fine and I did receive morning coffee and hot water, the overall cleanliness was poor. Switches, chairs, and basic amenities were dirty and needed proper cleaning. For the price I paid, I expected something similar to what other good hotels provide, but this was nowhere close. The pictures online did not match the actual condition of the property. Overall, terribly disappointed and would not recommend this hotel unless they significantly improve their hygiene and maintenance

Day 1 i book 3 bed room hotel provide 1 water bottle and single bath towel. Inside room so much red ants are there. Day 2 hotel change my room because of red ants . 2 water bottle and 2 bath towel is provided.

The hotel is very very close to the temple. You see the temple from the hotel balcony. Nice stay. Hot water is available for 24 hours. Recommended for family

The ambience was good, the room was neat and clean. The balcony opens to the souparnika river. Overall it was a good experience and I will prefer it in the future.

I visited Mookambika for the first time. While looking for a budget-friendly room, I came across Bhagirathi Hotel and booked it through MakeMyTrip. It was a great experience. The service was good, and the view from the balcony made it even better.

Bhagirati tourist home is very near to the temple. It’s a good place to stay. Room cleanliness is okay. Bathroom cleanliness needs to be improved, bathroom is very smelly. Towel, soap and water bottle is provided.

Good hospitality

One of the old lodges in the villages. offers very basic facilities, don't expect anything luxurious. But the manager was very cooperative and friendly.

Good location. Near to the temple. Price is cheap. Good for families with 2 to 3 people.

Hotel is very nearby to temple. Hotel cleanliness and comfort is not upto the mark. Room rent is also very high compare to the facilities available.

bathroom not good, no phone, tv, frequent power failure which was not corrected immediately. took 10 to 15 minutes in the hot summer.. not worthy for 2k...

It was an awful experience at the hotel Bagirathi tourist home Kollur. Property was not maintained properly, lots of dirt in the room, TV was not working till the last date, Bathroom was full of dirt and gets dirty water most of the time with stinky smell

The hotel is conveniently located near the temple, making it easy to reach. I had booked an AC room, which was clean and well-maintained. However, the bathroom tap provided only hot water, which was a bit inconvenient.The toilet could have been cleaner, but it was still acceptable. The food was average, but the staff were friendly and helpful.
