Rooms not maintained properly dirty beds

Nice but not as expected. But the surrounding is so good.

Not good. Not value for money.

Location wise close to the center. However the lane its located is very bad. The bed sheets they gave is dirty. Upon replacement it was dirtier. Rooms are very old. The entire hotel was empty. Through many rooms are there. They don't give towels instead old game. Shimoga hotels are very few. If you are getting this hotel for affordable price then fine. For a stay of 8 9 hours.

Please don't go there.

The worst experience that I ever had in my life.

It's a very dirty place to stay. My staff stayed here and were said their experience was terrifying.

Worst hotel in terms of room cleanliness. Even found bed bugs. Unclean blankets and bedsheets. Tv was not working . Fan was hardly working. Simply poor.

It's an average hotel in prime location .. But needs to be modernised There is one restaurant attached to the lodge which caters. The food was OK. But not much variety. The cleanliness was good and the staff were easily approachable.

The place is filled with roaches and not really well maintained. The AC needs attention and during my 5 day stay it did not work for 2 days. So I did not get the value for my money. The food served was really bad and there is no room service. Please try getting akash inn on MMT.

Good for an overnight stay with family. Towels could have been cleaner. Too much napthaline balls used in wardrobes. Else safe stay for family. Ample parking space, good and helpful staff. Recommended for family stay

Old rooms, but clean and neat. Service was also good. Even though build is old, rooms are properly maintained. There is a vegetarian hotel in same building, that was also reasonable. It would be better, if they modernise the rooms.

Sanman lodge rooms are not good as expected ... Room is having one kind of smell. Room is not clean and bed is very hard like stone. Hotel is located near to bus stand that is one of the advantage. Overall OK.

I had booked two super deluxe AC rooms but what we got initially was ordinary poor rooms and finally after long argument the. Care taker gave one double AC room as he had no instruction. Next day morning we got 1000 rupees refund.

Room is good. Everything in there like tv. Cupboard. Table chair etc ... Clean and neat rooms. From Windows looking good outside. Hotel situated in good location. Not much crowd area. Peaceful area. The best thing is hotel is near the bus stand

Hotel is in poor condition, entire building was fully stinking with chlorine and phenyl. Hotel admin said since it was cleaned very recently it was like that. If anyone wish to stay with bed bugs then this the right place and I do not recommend anyone to stay here. We had planned to stay in this hotel for 2 days and we vacated early morning next day and booked room in another hotel.

Property is located at prominent place from where almost everything is accessible at a short distance. Quality of the rooms and cleanliness to be improved a bit. A very good and friendly staff. Overall enjoyed the stay.

It is an very old hotel and not upgraded at all. You will not even find a cloth hanger inside bathroom. We stayed in non AC room but there is no value for money with the facilities provided. If you opt for business travel the location is an advantage but certainly not for a family trip.

Excellent clean rooms. Highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to go to Shimoga. Had a pleasant stay with family. Good for 1-2days. Friendly staff and calm location. Full value for money. Got good discounts in MMT
