Absolutely Pathetic Service – Worst Hotel Ever! I’m warning everyone — do not book this hotel. It’s not worth a single rupee. The services they claim to provide are all fake — nothing was available. There was no power in the room, no staff to respond, and no one cared even after repeated calls. It felt like I was completely left stranded with zero support. This was the worst service experience I’ve ever had. The management is irresponsible, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t value guests at all. Please save yourself the frustration and don’t even think about booking this place. You’ll regret it.

Centrally located hotel, nearby to railway station and bus stop. Good beds and clean toilets. Hot water was available as expected. Would visit again on next stay.

Whatever charges are there through make my trip are more as compared to actual hotel room charges & extra charges from make my trip

1. There was no complementaries with my stay at the hotel. 2. Foot mats were not available in the hotel room. 3. Ambience of the room was good for stay.

It was a awesome luxury stay with well maintained and spacious rooms. Tha owner, staffs were very friendly and made us feel at. I would highly recommend this place and i would definitely want to come back to this place again. Best experience staying there. Thank you

The rooms were very neat and clean. It is also very near to the bus stand around 1. 3 km. Everyone knows this place so it becomes very easy to reach there.

Hotel is neat and hospitality is good. Quick access to shimoga town, station and bus terminus.

Though the hotel was old building, but it was maintained very well. Hotel was clean, parking space was enough. Rooms were spacious. Its also in between city where all major hotels are near y by.

Well maintained property, and has been so for over 3 decades that we know of! centrally located, and with parking place too. Netted windows to keep out the metro mosquitoes! for the price, it's quite a good deal !

Accommodation is very good. Room service not available. Parking space is available but no maintainace no security. The response is not acceptable as they say workers not available.

Hotel staff attitude was not acceptable. They charged extra for full one day - since we reached sivamogga @6. 30am instead of 12 noon.
