Terrible Stay

When we reached the stay, they told us no rooms are available there. We got panicked as it is a holiday and most of the stays are already booked. We were travel-ling through public transportations. Somehow they arranged a stay which was about 7 km away from the location. They don't give us any kind of transportation and we struggled to reach there. We kind of had a most terrible experience there.
