The room was clean and had a separate single bed, working AC, and hot water, so no complaints there. But the owner's rules made the stay quite uncomfortable. He insisted we remove our shoes outside the hotel reception, saying it brings sand inside. At one point, he even asked us to wash our legs before entering the hotel. It doesn't feel like a resort at all - it's just a basic lodge with no food service and too many unnecessary restrictions from the owner

From check-in to check-out everything was smooth. Host’s behaviour was also very polite and cooperative. My overall experience was superb.

It's not a Resor

it's not at all a resort or homestay. they're just giving rooms with no proper hot water facility and AC don't work all the time. the owner seems to be very much money minded. The cost is too high for the poor quality rooms, no outdoor no views nothing. Only thing is it is walkable distance to the beach. Name has to be changed to just Rooms instead of resort.
