very pleasant stay. neat and clean room and bathroom. booked for double bed but since we had a small kid with us they gave triple bed room without any extra charge. The stay at Nandanam Residency was pleasant overall. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the bed sheet and towels provided were old and had noticeable stains — replacing them with fresh ones would have improved the experience. The toilet seat also appeared worn out and could use a replacement. Apart from these issues, everything else was satisfactory

I had booked the room for 3 people. However, the hotel reception comes with an assumption that 1 room can be provided with 1 towel only. I literally had to put an argument and request for additional towels. Also, the blankets provided weren't washed. Talking about the washroom - the grill was converted with rust and extremely filthy. It was so filthy, that I even thought I might walk out of the place with some disease. The place should definitely maintain hygiene.

Good hotel for a night stay

rooms are spacious, but no proper lighting. Difficult to get ready in front of the mirror due to improper lighting. TV was not working in both rooms. Cleanliness is ok. The room is not worth the money we paid. There are cheaper rooms nearby

Location walkable distance to temple. Though check in time was 12pm, we arrived early and fresh up room was provided. Friendly, comfortable stay. Restaurant available nearby.

Room was good actually, it was spacious and had a balcony too. There was no room service or food available which was a disappointment. The location was a bit far from the temple and there were no support staff too.

We booked 2 non ac rooms and 2 ac rooms. There were bed mites in one of the rooms. It was terrible. Otherwise the stay was ok. There is both non veg and veg restaurants in immediate proximity to the stay. The temple is about 10-15 minutes walk from the temple. As we visited in the summer, it was a bit hot and humid ,and it was a little difficult to walk up and down.

We took 2 rooms. Both were good, neat and clean. Very friendly sevices. Souparnika is very near, hotel with kerala food is available on very next. Hotel arranged cabs to other locations too.

The staff was extremely helpful and efficient. The accommodation was adequate for a short stay, without any extravagance, but the rooms were still exceptionally clean and well maintained. Additionally, it was located near the temple.

It was a bad experience for me. The bed sheet is well cleaned. Bathroom have a big space but closet was very disgusting. The balcony facility is good but there is lot of mosquitoes so I can’t open the balcony door. Moreover there is no car parking in this hotel. Literally this is bad experience for me .
