We had a horrible experience. No lift, rooms in a pitiable condition, no toilet soap provided, tv was a showpiece, room full of lizards, no room service. Nobody at reception.

It was a wonderful trip until we reached that hotel we were traveling with 2 kids the hotel is terrible. Mostly it was a lodge the bed linen is not cleaned. Bathroom was filth and some one had puked in it last weekend and not yet cleaned. Funinturw was full of dust and broken. No room service. If u want to have dinner near bar is the only option for hich is by the way more terrible

The sheets and blankets were not very hygienic. Room was clean but very small. You have to spend 100 bucks one-way everytime you travel to Udupi.

Dirty hotel

The hotel was very dirty, toilet was not cleaned, room was not cleaned, bed spreads was not cleaned. When we arrived hotel all lights was off informed reception to on lights he did not on until we fought with then to switch on lights, no drinking water, terrible hotel, would like to say MakeMyTrip not to show this dirty hotel.

No toilet soap in bathroom. No TV remote. No water in taps. Foul smell in room and no ventilation. Indifferent staff. Really disappointed.
I did not expected such a pathetic room. In bathroom there was no toilet soap. Taps were dry. TV remote was not there and TV was not functioning. No one came to clean the room second day. Given the condition of room and attitude of staff, any payment is a waste as near Shri Krishna mutt one can better room at guest house for the price I paid. Really disappointed.
