booked the so-called Suite. poor ac, poor room service, bathroom stinks and the room was nothing close to what we paid. SKIP THIS PROPERTY. But if Diana circle is the only place for you to reside, then this is one of the few options anyway

It's a well maintained property located in the middle of the city centre, very close to Shri Krishna Temple and walking distance from the Udupi Bus stand. There are a lot of shops and food options available nearby. The staff was very helpful and available even late at night.

The property is not that well maintained. The location of the property is recommendable but overall cleanliness and amenities is not that good. They don't restaurant but they provide room service. We are provided with plates when requested but those plates are not that well maintained. We are compromised to use it as we don't have any choice. They asked us to clean it when we told that it is clean.

I am compelled to write this review to warn others about the shockingly poor experience I had at this establishment. From the moment we arrived, the staff was inexplicably hostile, creating an unwelcoming and tense atmosphere. To make matters significantly worse, the bellhop was clearly intoxicated. He not only misbehaved but also spoke to us in a rude and disrespectful manner. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for guest comfort is unacceptable. It completely ruined what should have been a relaxing stay. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. I will not be recommending this establishment to anyone, and I sincerely hope management takes immediate action to address these serious issues. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

This is listed as 3 star hotel but this is a lodge. Location is good but hotel is very very bad. It’s very dirty hotel with no hygiene. I had booked hotel with breakfast but this hotel does not have restaurants so they pack 1 piece idly and Upma and serve us every day same breakfast. Even suite room bathroom is very small
