Location is great near bus stand and Shri Krishna Matha. This hotel has a ample covered parking. Staff and services are top notch. Also this hotel has 2 restaurants-1 for veg Gokulam Krishna and another for Non veg-Gazebo offering Excellent food.

1.No clean beds, old, yellow bedsheet and torn pillow cover, 2. Cockroach at wash room 3. 1 power point for charging 4. No full length mirror 5. No slippers for washroom 6. Wrong food bill (slip)was given, wrongly charged more money 7. No final bill was given(food/accommodation) 8.No proper travel desk with rate card.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very courteous and Room service is very prompt. The best part of the hotel is the restaurants within the hotel. We majorly ate at Gokul Krishna and must say in the 4 days of out stay in Udupi we and the best meals here. The hotel is in heart of the city and commute to and from is very easy. Shri Krishna temple is very near about 1 Km from this place.
