The property was really good ,clean and spacious....kitchen was really helpful....

As a family of 5, we had a nice, comfortable and pleasant stay here. We arrived early before the check in time but the owner was too polite that she arranged another house till the check in time. The apartment was just around 3 kms from Sri Krishna temple and bus stand. Overall, it was a nice stay and my 3 year old kid enjoyed a lot.

It is an excellent place to stay. All the essential items are taken care of by the owner of the property. Also the house keep atul is very friendly and cooperative. From essential items like stove, gas cylinder, plates to washing machine and a/c etc are taken care by the owner. Overall an excellent place to stay also because of its proximity to other important places to visit in udupi. 5/5. I highly recommend this place.

Hassle free and tidy accommodation with a nice kitchen, clean bedroom and adequate furniture. Bathrooms are also clean.

The location was a little far from Krishna mutt and autos are not available. you may have to walk a bit to get an auto. But if you have your own car it dosn't matter. The place is excellent. very clean rooms and toilet. they had kept fridge, cooking stove, washing machine, air conditioning etc. you feel like a home. i am giving a 4 star review as the staff didnt clean the property everyday. we rented the property for 2 nights stay. But overall i recommend this place to tourists who come in groups or family of 4. Economical, clean and budget friendly

the apartment was beyond my expectations. we stayed with old aged parents and small kids. the apartment was so clean that we felt like our home. especially no smell in bathrooms and bedrooms. they have made kitchen with almost fully furnished. we had internet connection, heaters in both bathrooms and ac was so clean. most of all, this place is very close to krishna temple and city. must stay place for anyone who visits udupi. thanks for the owner and caretakers who are easily accessible. price is too affordable as well. thanks for mmt😁

Pros: Property was good with all equipment available for a family including both rooms Air Conditioner, geyser for both the bathroom, Refrigerator, water filter and washing machine kept in the kitchen and Iron box as well available. 2 balconies were available with one balcony having cloth drying stand as well. Spacious place for 4 members. Cons: Car entering and exiting from the main entrance is a big problem

The stay in the service apartment was excellent. The apartment was neat and clean and the caretaker was always ready to help. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen. The owner also was very approachable

Facilities are good, well maintained spacious apartment and hot water and wifi. Option for cooking equipment is a plus. And the place is near to many tourist attractions.

Hv not checked in the property. On arrival, it was intimated by the property owner that booking not available and property is full. And they are claiming that they are not sure how make my trip booked the accomodation. The good part here is the property owner paid back the amount which i paid for new accomodation

The apartment is neat but rooms doesn't have the basic amenities like a mirror, a table or even a chair. The bathroom is ill equipped with no soap dish or tooth brush holder etc. If few things are looked into i am sure it can make a wonderful stay. This is not a complaint but suggestions. There are more to list but what i mentioned here are the immediate necessities.

Flat is neat and clean with all basic amenties including kitchen essentials like coffee, tea and sugar. Beds were not upto mark and we could not sleep properly. Hump at the gate of the apartments hits the underbody of an suv vehicle badly while going out to road. Soaps are also not provided and towels also not so great. Overall an average budget friendly stay.

The apartment was properly cleaned and well maintained. It had all the facilities mentioned. Additional bedsheets were provided where needed. Help was available close even in odd hours.
