Improper booking -

There was a miscommunication between the residency. They said that the booking was cancel-led. They flatly refused to entertain the booking.How ever the manager in the residency accommodated us in a lower level room on cash payment. The upkeep of the place is good and maintenance and service is good. No food in the hotel.
