Review Of BRINDAVAN Boarding and Lodging

Food is good but room is not so cleaned, broken bucket and spiders on every corner of wall. I just rate 2/5.

We had a horrible experience. No lift, rooms in a pitiable condition, no toilet soap provided, tv was a showpiece, room full of lizards, no room service. Nobody at reception.

Room was sufficient for 2 people but bedspread, pillowcovers and rugs provided were not clean. It was dirty. Jet spray in bathroom was broken and dripping water.

Bus upper berth not feasible to sit down & charging points all are in worn out condition, other than this all travel timing & punctuality is good

Because ad floor and left also not there and staff not respond and it's in sheller bar and restaurant there it's not suttabal for family.

It was a wonderful trip until we reached that hotel we were traveling with 2 kids the hotel is terrible. Mostly it was a lodge the bed linen is not cleaned. Bathroom was filth and some one had puked in it last weekend and not yet cleaned. Funinturw was full of dust and broken. No room service. If u want to have dinner near bar is the only option for hich is by the way more terrible

No hotel was not at all in condition. Cleanliness 0 other facility 0. No power back up.

Room ok but tv is not working. Location easy to find. Food is good n service ok.

The sheets and blankets were not very hygienic. Room was clean but very small. You have to spend 100 bucks one-way everytime you travel to Udupi.

No water facility, no AC, even fan is not working properly, no lift facility, unclean rooms with poor customer service. Money waste & my fellow passengers don't book this kinda hotel. Ultimately useless hotel!

The place is horrible. Not Worth staying even if offered for free. We are both elderly people And this was a miserable site to stay with my husband. A sincere suggestion to all plus do not book it.

The hotel was very dirty, toilet was not cleaned, room was not cleaned, bed spreads was not cleaned. When we arrived hotel all lights was off informed reception to on lights he did not on until we fought with then to switch on lights, no drinking water, terrible hotel, would like to say MakeMyTrip not to show this dirty hotel.

No toilet soap in bathroom. No TV remote. No water in taps. Foul smell in room and no ventilation. Indifferent staff. Really disappointed.
I did not expected such a pathetic room. In bathroom there was no toilet soap. Taps were dry. TV remote was not there and TV was not functioning. No one came to clean the room second day. Given the condition of room and attitude of staff, any payment is a waste as near Shri Krishna mutt one can better room at guest house for the price I paid. Really disappointed.

Outside hotel premise and other amenities could be more well maintained.

Hotel was good. Easy to access. It was very close to beach.
