Pros : Friendly staff, Parking friendly, Accessible to all basic needs. Cons : Dirty rooms , Dirty bed and upholsteries

There is so much mosquito, bath room is not clean, no mosquito coil, so much blood donated to mosquito

1. Door did not have mordern locks 2. Sink tap has no control in its knob. had to turn off the main tap knob 3. Bathroom had a bath tub which was filthy because of the tobacco spit. 4. Had to change the main booked room to another one because its inside lock was not strong. 5. When complained about all the above issues, supervisor told give us the keys and we will clean, that too after occupying the room. 6. Observed carefully. only a few rooms had electronic lock.

I found the room to be average in terms of cleanliness. It felt a bit dusty, which affected the comfort level. I would appreciate more attention to cleanliness for a better experience in the future.

Room cleanliness is just average and filled with mosquitoes in the night making it difficult to sleep.

We had stayed here in group of 5. Didn't kept water inside the room. Bed wasn't cleaner, had dust on bed. Room n bathroom was clean. Overall it was okay stay.

The hotel was not clean, the wash room was horrible, the hotel did not provide bath tawel paste, water etc please remove from mmt list

Ac is not working beds are not good and blanket as well. No water bottle most of the things which are showcased in the application are missing

- poor maintenance of bathroom. Flush not working, leaky taps. - no telephone in room - no food / coffee, tea supply - no restaurant - no towels provided - not so clean pillow covers

Myself and my wife stayed at surya comfort on 23rd oct 2023 night. The room is of average quality but we faced problem of mosquito menace. The staff were cordial. Facilities are of average quality.

Surya comforts hotel is not maintained properly and a lot of cockroaches in the room. Toilet not maintained properly. Moreover drinking liquors and cigrates are allowed in the hotels. The family cannot stay in the hotel.

Mosquitoes are there please take care of that rest everything was good.

Very nice hotel in good location. Lots of good restaurants around, room was spacious and clean. Very helpful staff

The manager there arranged a replacement room to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. Thanks for that however, the room was very suffocated and the looked like no air entered inside the room for few days.

Its was a good stay, for couples

I had a good welcome and staff support during my last visits. This time it was very average. No one led me to the room i had to check in by myself. Tv had no connection they said there is connection problem but my opposite room had all good connection and i could see channels working. Toilet was not properly cleaned. Water was continuously leaking and not taken care properly. My neighbouring rooms and opposite rooms were getting good service and i was not given much importance. Not sure if it was because i was solo traveller. Needs big improvement to this hotel. Last time i gave 5 stars this time i want to give 2 but for the sake of staying there previously i am giving 3.

Enjoyed the stay and very friendly/helpful staff. Worth the money.
