Review Of WHITE HEAVEN SEA STAY

it's a nice set up, all white, looks good especially for honeymoon couples , feels upmarket. hopeless staff and service. they are temp staff, clueless. ordered coffee sugarless, gave with sugar after 20min. my friend had booked for 2 days, these people informed them to checkout on the 1st day itself. no water at night. affordable ac room and good location, that's it nothing else.

Location is very good, calm and clean beach Food is ok hotel is just in front of beach so perfect view from dining area

Property is few steps away from the beach. Pleasant location with less crowd, would recommend for family and couples to spend a good time together.but only backdrop is the food which is overpriced and and taste not the worth the price

This is very local Lodge without any facility.. Hence please not to book this property. We asked for hot drinking water as soon we got up at around 7 am the reply is kitchen not started They are not in hospitality business....

overpriced by u actually there charges 50/lesser than u charge. don't do such canning busnus ur over priced the property

The view and location is the only +, the food is pathetic , in short I believe I can cook better. Room door had a huge gap to which we had few couple of wild frogs accompanying us through the night with soothing sounds 😄.

The place had a good ambiance and vibe. The staff were helpful. The property is beautiful but could be better maintained. Accessibility is good. The food was not great. We ordered some veg food. It was extremely heavily spiced for our taste. Overall, it was a good stay, but there is scope for improvement.

Rooms are good. Hotel staff is cooperative. There is a lot of scope for improvement. The lock of the room door was broken. Tv was not functional. Even after complaining, it was not repaired. The location is excellent just next to the beach. Rooms should have been sea facing. There is no intercom in room. So its difficult to connect to reception or room service. Rate is little at the higher side if you consider the overall returns.

The property is on a beach side, which gives very amazing view and it a as quite as it is serene. The staff was courteous and catered to every need. The only drawback i saw is on cleanliness and maintenance. The bedsheets although clean were stained. The rooms felt dingy and food options were pretty basic.

The place seems to be new and the location is nice. However they are severely under staffed. We saw only 2-3 people managing the entire place. Hence the service was below average and the food was really bad.

Really great ambience, dining area next to the beach was amazing and the beach was really isolated. The food wasn't great, and make my trip didn't share the booking information with the hotel causing a delayed checking experience. However mm t customer service were prompt to get in touch with hotel staff to help out when the issue was raised.

An excellent place to rewind. Opens right in front of the beach and the views are divine. The restaurant food is amazing and the service is very commendable.

The staff were the worst ever they tracked my car number and called my parents phone saying i have not paid the amount and they called the cops on us but before checkout we had cleared all our bills and had a receipt for that they said it was a misunderstanding worst service ever

This has been one of my most pleasant experiences when it comes to rooms during vacation, the manager vagish and his team truly take care of their guests. The rooms are well maintained and toilets were extremely clean. The rooms are just about 20 mtrs from beach, food and snacks was arranged for us on the beach itself i had 2 positive situations during my stay 1) the day before our travel, my wife fell ill and we could not travel, when i reached out to vagish he assisted me in rescheduling the trips to our next convenient date without any hassle. Mm t team was also very helpful. 2) after we checked out and reached back home i realised i had forgotten my air pods back in the room, and vagish and his team not only searched for it in the room we stayed in, but also ensured i got my air pods back home through courier service. This place would ever be our goto place for future trips to gokarna
