Hotel Vaibhav Palace

Stay was good. However, we had inconvenience because of ants coming out from table & cupboard, entering our luggage bags. We had to complain, which they attended later.

I have always waited at this place when ever i come to kumta this was the first time there was a issue as the room allotted to us had cockroaches but the staff was very understanding they gave us a different room immediately which solved the issue the new room has no such issue. Never had a issue with cleanliness at this place.

The room is very spacious, with working AC, 24x7 hot water and TV. The room rent was not that high. Staff is cordial and they are ready to help you. The hotel is on the main road. The only downside is Gokarna is approx. 45-50 mins.

The stay was near to Kumata station and was easily findable. Also, hygiene was maintained at room and hotel. I like the service provided by them. We checked out early and kept baggage at the hotel reception room and it was safe.

rooms were clean but smell was there. not well ventilated rooms. mosquito were there

lift is not working, when you are traveling with old people in a family they can't climb two stairs every time. when asked for lift they said it short circuit as a excuse. for the money paid it's not even worth staying there . i don't prefer this for family

Stay in vaibhav palace was quite good. The hotel was very decent. It's very near to the bus stop and commuting is easy. The staffs there were helpful. All in all a good experience. When am i going to get discount?

Very small room, not enough for double occupancy. Very poor ventilation, so the room felt hot and stuffy even during December.

The location of the hotel is very good with a breakfast hotel and a restaurant nearby. The stay was ok and that is the best one can get in kumta. The property is slightly old, it was costly considering the services, but perhaps it was because of december end week. Overall ok.

Location is good, they don't serve food but there are hotels nearby to eat. Amenities wise basic services are missing - like water bottles (need to be bought from the reception, no wi-fi. A/c rooms had cockroaches. Service is okay.

Stay was cool. Rooms are clean and staffs are cooperative. We like the stay at this residency. We recommend this place whoever is travel-ling to kumta or near by.

Rooms which are tied up with mmt are not upto the mark very small compared to normal non ac rooms that hotel currently has. I had book for 2 rooms for 2 nights but was charged 99 per hour for early check-in which resulted in 900 outgo from my end as additional cost. Which ilhas resulted in bad experience with mmt

Warm welcome friendly staffs. Personal space and freedom good electricity back up windows should have mosquito nets cover. Bathroom faucet fitted on the left side. Faucet should be on the right side. Cheap rate. Restaurant in the down floor is really a great help.

It was good stay. Hotel is just 500mtrs away from bus stand and also near to railway station. Tv remotes had slight loose connection but overall it was good.

Over priced… no room service even soap is not provided in the room. No space at all even not provided with extra bed as booked. Had a horrible experience…

Hotel is average. People and service is nice but but rooms are horrible. Full insects, makdi and all things. . Ac exaust are in corridor. No cleaninness avoid this hotel if family

Location is great, staff is friendly and supportive. Veg food option is available. Overall value for money.
