We recently stayed at this resort in Mulshi, Pune, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst experiences of my life. We were allotted Room No. 3, and it was handed over to us without any basic checks or inspection.
• The ceiling fan was making loud, unsettling noises—it literally felt like it might fall on us anytime.
• Mosquitoes were everywhere, making it impossible to sleep peacefully.
• There were 8–9 power cuts during the night, with no proper backup or resolution. My 5-month-old baby cried all night due to the extreme discomfort, and by morning, she was running a high fever.
• WiFi didn’t work at all, despite being promised during booking.
On the positive side, the room aesthetics and the window view were decent, and the food was average—nothing to rave about but manageable.
But no amount of aesthetics can make up for the lack of basic safety, comfort, and maintenance. This place seriously needs to focus on guest experience, especially for families with infants.
