Good location, value for money.

Please avoid booking this hotel, you feel like coming to a third class standard rooms.

The room was so small that it was only able to accommodate malfunctioning bed, broken switchboards.

No helping staff, worst service, no proper response from the receptionist

I booked ac deluxe room but hotelier not provide me deluxe room, only one staff available and service is very poor. Just one thing the Hotel position its just dona paula bus stop otherwise Hotel is worst.

Hotel is on good location. Near to dona paula which is closed for tourists now because it's announced as structurally unsafe but you can go and enjoy the view, caranzalem and miramar beach. Hotel has no restaurant, but there are few good restaurants near the hotel. Receptionist, manager or staff is always unavailable. Poor service. No WiFi, rooms are too small. Nothing to watch on TV because not a single channel was subscribed by the hotel and asking about the same they gave silly excuse like, "closed from the elections" he after check in they didn't even provide us water to drink. Asking about the same in the night Around 8 pm again they said, "service boy is available from morning 6 only". Fortunately after 10 minutes they gave us water and apologized. Surprisingly room and wash room was clean. Overall, they sound improve their service. Think about it as a last option.

Very bad and uncomfortable stay.

We went 7 people for 2 days, bit not bad on service and good hotel at this amount, and we enjoyed lots, and next to room we went Udupi hotel for lunch and dinner, and next to that we have wine shop, again next to that we have dry fruits shop, people can buy dry fruits at very cheap, go for it for decent amount and low budget, but please go with own car, because you won't get cab on Goa, traveling is very difficult without cab and own car.

This is good but not better. Service was not proper.

The room was not so good. And so were mattresses and pillows. Service provided by staff was good and they were polite.

I double confirmed that I need WiFi and they said we don't have for you. There is no parking space, you need to park your car on road. No AC, hot water. Most of facilities are not there which are mention in hotel overview.

Rooms are very small but good. Close to Donapaula view point. Transport, food available in near place.

Very close to the waterfront, which is very nice to visit, especially in the evenings.

Toilet was too small broken dirty and stinky also hotel facility was horrible rooms were dirty stains on bed sheet dust on tv used condom in dressing almira towel was smelling and was wet. Staff was very rude and behaviour was inappropriate and on front desk there was a child attending when we entered.
