• Incorrect Location on Google Maps: The property’s location was inaccurately marked, which led us to the edge of the Kabini River instead of the actual resort.
• Lack of Food Menu and Pricing Information: The resort did not provide any food menu or rate card, making it difficult to place orders or understand pricing.
• No In-Room Intercom Facility: There was no intercom available in the room for assistance. We had to rely on our personal mobile phones to contact the property, and even then, getting through to someone required.
