5 out of 5 for 3 night stay
My stay was really full of comfort because staff was very cool and provided us variety of foods of great taste and quality. Amount of served food dinner or breakfast was more than sufficient. Do stay in this hotel as everything was there awesome. Behind hotel you will experience a look of beautiful high hills covered with clouds. Hotel location is 5 km away from M.G Road as I prefer peaceful atmosphere. Don't worry as there is a taxi stand at only 50 meters away from it. Finally thanks to Valley Vista staff.

About hotel.
There was no any facility in that hotel. Parking space is good. Road in front of hotel. I take dinner, it was worse. Location is good. From some of rooms you enjoy scenario others are darker. Inverter facility was unavailable. Double beds size are 7*5 . Bed sheets not changed when I issue this they changed it.

When going with family it's good to stay here
Every one was very supportive, specifically manager utta m Kumar, hotel staff was also very supportive. Pros- everything is good here food, supportive team of staff and they take good care of our specific food requirement. Here you can enjoy your trip for your lifetime. Just visit Gangtok and stay here and you definitely enjoy trip as well as good quality of food.

Terrible experience, atrocious attitude
I mistakenly selected incorrect date for reservations. Immediately called hotel for change of date or cancellation, but they refused. Money wasted. Non cooperative people.

An average
Away from main market area, had to wait for almost 1 hour to get the rooms. Only if you have car at all times and prefer staying away from city go for it. It is not a very big place with resort amenities like game room or play area.
We stayed here for one night. The hotel is too far from main market area. Difficult to get taxis, plus they are expensive for MG marg main market place. No options for restaurant nearby so have to eat in hotel. Overall, if you like to stay away from city hustle and have car with you at all times go for it.

Pathetic experience. When we arrived at
Location is very far from market area, remote location. Rooms were same as looking at pics. Foo ding facilities not available and no restaurants nearby. Basic amneties were there.

Bad experience ... This was a kind of bad experience that anyone travelling with family would like to have. On reaching hotel came to know that hotel is closed and they told us to get shifted to some other hotel. I didn't got any call or mail regarding closing of hotel in advance and due to which it became very difficult for me and my family at a unknown place. Can not rely on MMT anymore for booking of hotels.
