Good Service Well Maintained Staff Clean Food Quality Good I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the spa services were top-notch. The only downside was the limited breakfast options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure!

Excellent place to stay in Gangtok. Well maintained huge Rooms with excellent service. The quality of food is not just good but its delicious. Overall, I love to stay here everytime I visit Gangtok.

Very poor services and not supportive staff in hotel’s room their are so many insects in bill in they are said the room os with balcony but in original room have balcony but in back yard wall

It was a good experience staying in Maya Inn hotel. One can name it a Decent stay. We would prefer it again.

Less price but maintenance was not so good. Not so many options in breakfast. Not closer to the taxi stands provided by travel agents.

Stayed in Maya Inn Gangtok in Dec 2024..And we had an amazing experience 1) Recommending if you are coming as a family and its very much near to Mg marg 2) Manager " Dev Sharma " sir was very helpful through out the stay and he treated us as a guest 3) Interior is good with Balcony view - we stayed in Executive room..Daily cleaning and good room service Consider this on your visit for gangtok

Location is far from city centre as you need to cough up expensive taxi fare room was good but in front of balcony is wall and open drain. The wash basin is cracked and leaking and the faucet was also leaking. Food is expensive in the restaurant as in that budget you can have 3 course meal in restaurants on mg marg with lots of choice.

Overall it was a great stay, the only thing to improve is to initiate inverter as there was no light and generator was used till 11:30 pm only

The staffs are very cooperative and rooms are spacious so as bath room. Neat & clean. All amenities were available. Well shampoo & shower gel name tag was s not there so it's bit difficult to distinguish. Overall experience is satisfactory and will look forward to visit next time for sure.

Room service was pathetic. Telephone not working. Frequent power cut problem. Rooms were not good. Not very positive feeling once u enter. Not properly illuminated. Kind of wet and damp. There was bad odour in the room. Location is odd as one has to hire a taxi to reach mg marg.

This hotel had a very good staff, good food, clean and spacious rooms. Being a localite, the manager of this hotel was very knowledgeable about Sikkim and really helpful. Parking was also available and people could bring food from outside as well. Location was slightly far from the main market but shared taxis were available from just outside the hotel. Overall, had a great time here!

The experience of staying in the hotel and interaction with the owner mr. Dev sharma and the manager was quite awesome. The trip to north sikkim was also managed by the hotel authority. The rooms in the hotel was quite good and the bathroom was also good. The room was neat and clean. The room had the facilities with the availability of coffee and good. The hotel owner, manager, and all the staffs are very well interacted. We found the hotel very awesome thanks and warm regards to all the hotel owner.
