    बहुत ही बुरा होटल है, हमने two rooms - Executive Room With Mountain View And Open Terrace with Breakfast & Dinner के साथ बुक किया था जिसमे बताया गया था WELCOME Drink दिया जाएगा पर वो नही मिला, dinner 10:30 pm रात्री में दिया गया जिसका क्वालिटी बहुत ही घटिया था breakfast तो इतना घटिया था कुछ कहना ही बेकार है। न तो रूम में पानी गर्म करने के लिए water kettle electric था , open terrace तो बहुत ही बुर smail कर रहा था। बाथरूम में फ्लश सही से नही चल रहा था। बेड शीट फटा हुआ था कुल मिला के बहुत ही बुरा experience रहा हमने आगे का 3 दिन का बुकिंग कैंसिल करके दूसरे होटल में जाना ही उचित समझा।

    Stay at namdul hotel

    Disappointed by the fact that the hotel didn't provide facilities as mentioned by mmt. And refused when shown the booking voucher. Rooms provided were not clean especially toilet. The toilet shower broken. Bathroom door won't close. Basic toiletries not provided. Have to ask for everything. Overall best to avoid. Not to mention the location is quite downhill at a downward slope. Not fit for elderly and kids

    Excellent Stay

    Very nice hotel always maintaining safety for guests. Nice behavior of all staff. Food price is very cheap, especially I will recommend not to take food from outside. Food delivery is always on time. Mind-blowing bar cum restaurant with mountain views. One thing i will mention here that yesterday was a spaical day in my life but after check in hoteliers reminder me with a suprise. Location is very near to mg marg it took only less then 10 minutes walking. Overall my experience was very good. Will recommend all of travellers to visit once in this property. At first i also denied to book this hotel for review. But now after visiting the hotel i came to know that hotel management is being change from mid of march 2021. So don't go about previous review. *highly recommended and appreciate about hotel staff behaviour*

    Poor Stay

    Location was too far from MG Marg. Food is okay and services are terrible.
    The manager was not bothered about the guest. In fact, he promotes his travel agency card when I ask for a hotel card. Room service poor. They are laughing and gossips. They have no work always surfing youtube. I order tea at 6:00 am but they forget and when I remind him they give it at 10:30. I order lunch in the morning but when we go for lunch they deny. Each and everyone there is not customer friendly. The room was not the same as shown in the picture. Inf-act they didn't take baggage. Very poor experience. Don't recommend it.

    It's a very poor experience with this hotel. They mention with this booking room slipper, welcome drinks, electric kettle, but they didn't give us after asking two or three times. When we asked for anything and also said MMT mentioned this things like cake, iron table or board, dental kit, toiletries, balcony, slippers. They denied and say if you have any problem with this hotel you may leave. But we don't give you anything except room. Room is average. MG marg is also near but not for old or kids. They didn't give us also mineral water which was complimentary. Bottle seal was open and towel, blankets also too dirty and smelled very bad. Receptionist was too rude. When anybody asked for any problem with the hotel they always saying for leaving hotel. Not helping person anyone.

    Nice stay. Rooms are descent. Well mannered staff. Namely Devendra Rupesh Saurav Rahul. Everyone was very polite and courteous. Need to improve on quality of food. Price for food was very high. Go for premium suite room for lovely mountain view. You can't find mountain view from your window but once you step out of your room, you will find the beautiful view. Try room 302 it was awesome. Last but not least they couldn't offer me the premium suite room on the second day of my stay although it was reserved in my name. Little upset with that otherwise pleasant stay. Location was nearby to mg marg but u have to climb steep height to reach The place which is certainly not possible for The aged people. After arriving Deorali bazaar you need to book a cab to reach arithang road to reach the hotel.
