Rooms were neat and clean. Services were decent. Staff were well groomed and very polite.

The stay was very comfortable. The staff was very cooperative and helpful. The food was also nice but the soup was not up to the expectation...

The room was well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing, and the soothing external appearance of the property significantly enhanced the overall experience—I truly enjoyed the stay.

The TV was not in operating condition inside bed room...multiple times engg came but problem persists.... There was no information is there regarding reception contact inside room...

They upgraded to Suit room, clean and so comfortable to stay. Thank you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Food is also good

I stayed there for one night only. It was a good experience. The room was very clean. And the breakfast in the morning was very good. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Overall I am giving 5/5.

Hi mame my trip i have stayed vfive hotel, all the food stay are good but the ac ventilation is not that much cooling, the basuc towels are not available and hand shower didnt work in my room apart from that all ok

Already wrote. Room bed sheets- towels were not upto the mark. Bed linen was, too much used so almost off white colour which looks very dirty.

Very good hotel at reasonable price, room and bathroom are good, suitable for parents those children are studying in s rm katthankullatur campus much better then s rm hotel.
