That residency was good enough for those who plaining for a short stay in the heart of kochi, friendly staff, and good environment also. Room service was good and well ventilated room, all essential amminities available in the room.

I feel very bad and poor quality of atmosphere

The sheets were not clean. Shower didn't have hot water. Overall for the money we spent, it was not worth it.

Location and 24 hes check in are the only reasons I opted for this property. The room is very congested, no room service, TV was an issue, no hot water in the shower, the linens were not up to the mark. Overall it's an average place.

Hotel facility is good but room is too small and ventilation is very poor. But privacy is very good sujest for couples
