Food, rooms and service will be well below average. Only good thing is beach is so close the room and view from the rooms will be pleasant.

The resort is overall good. Nice location. Calm and peaceful. But the rooms could have been even more better. Some stains were on the floor and the wall. The toilet was bad. It was high raised in our room and not child and senior citizen friendly. Food was ok. Can improve the quality. In the swimming pool where there's a gap to hold vn the wall, there was centipede which was a bit scary. Proper inspection is required. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay

Poor amenities the day I went it rained, leading to no Telephone and room services I had to go In rain to reception food was below average except for the beach, nothing is good rooms are very old, fungus in walls.

Property location is accessible. Room is neat and clean. Food is tasty. In total trip and stay at TTDC is very nice.

The place was really good but the room was very worst and dirty . Stinky full of lizards and insects. The bed was dirty overall stay itself was very terrible they charge day for such a worst room.

I found the rooms to be clean, but they didn’t quite meet my expectations for the price. Some of the promised amenities were missing, and toiletries were not provided when I checked in. However, the location was excellent—easily accessible, peaceful, and truly deserving of the name "beach resort," since stepping out of the room door led directly onto the beach. The food was served as mentioned for both breakfast and dinner, which was nice. Another highlight was that many tourist attractions were nearby, which saved a lot of travel time. Overall, my stay was a pleasant experience despite a few discrepancies.

rooms not maintained properly, food is good but room service also ok for me .. kids they enjoyed a lot in play area and swimming pool... lots of greening places in resort.. beach view is best on this resort, room to beach touch line will 100 metres near, from room you can experience a sun rise

The place is quite fabulus.. The property has private sea and i can see the tides whole night from my room while sleeping. I admire the Cleanliness all around the beach and within the property.. Big size Swimming pool, good staff behaviour and maintained property. Food is good but can be improved

It is located in a peaceful setting with an excellent ocean view. The ambience and atmosphere are truly wonderful. The food served is homely and delicious. It is also very close to the major attractions and activities in Mamallapuram.

the TTDC Hotel Tamil Nadu property location is excellent. It’s right on the beach. The approach roads and exteriors are very good. The food (quality and spread) was between average and good. Can’t complain. The staff were friendly and accommodative The problem is with the rooms. We found lizards inside the room!! The pathways are damaged and not accessible for senior citizens. I’m The AC blows too cold or too hot. The bedsheets seemed old and used. We saw hair strands in them. Infact there were no towels in the room until we asked for it. The bed and pillows were not comfortable either. So overall, it was not a great experience and we came back with a mixed experience. The govt should seriously privatise this resort

Property is too good with lot of places to roam around inside. Beach view room was awesome. South Indian dinner and breakfast are served which tasted delicious and we are provided with different varieties. Cons: Room maintenance to be improved. AC used were very old and we spotted few lizards inside the room.
