highlight is all rooms are beach view. apart from expensive resorts. this resort really worth for money for 4.5k including dinner, breakfast and swimming pool. price may vary while booking through MMT. no additional charges after booking. it's a pleasant weekend. morning and evening blessed with birds sounds really good. only one minus is birds load more waste on your car overnight. but you have car wash there so no problem. will give 9/10. thank you TTDC.

This property is nicely located with private beach right next to room. But room conditions, amenities, and service is very poor. Also very limited basic food is available here.

It is a good . While parking, we need to be careful; the birds are leaving droppings on the vehicles, and we need to pay for washing. Don't park below the trees inside .

Very nice place to spend a day with friends. Rooms opposite to beach, morning sunrise view from the room with sea greeting you are admirable . Would recommend for the ambiance

Entire stay experience was terrible with respect to room ambiance. There was dampness in ceiling above the bed which has risk of falling. Air conditioner and tv was not working

1. The rooms are in pathetic condition. Starting from door lock to seppage wall. The roof has cracks. Check the pictures. 2. The toilet is in bad shape as well. Dirty and broken facilities. 3. Room has mosquitos and lizards. I guess they let lizards stay in the room. So that it will do the job of the management : mosquito control 😀. 4. I stayed for 2 nights. Since I entered there all house keeping staffs, securities started asking, Sir howmany days you are staying? It took me a day to realize they are looking for tips. Donot forget to carry cash as you need to distribute it among all people 😀. 5. Birds seem to have affinity towards this place as well. Hence, there are bird dropings everywhere with bad smell. If you park your car by the entrace lot, be ready to pay their guys 200rs to clean it. Thats a fixed price as well. Check photos. 6. The resaturant is unhygenic compared to the money they are charging. 7. If you go on the weekend, you will find the swimming pool like a village pond. Pros: 1. It is next to beach. Hence, less hassel for beach access. 2. Food taste is good. Good south indian dish is available. 3. There is a park for kids and also a swimming pool. 4. Close to most of the attractions. 5. Prople are good and helping - but I doubt its for gettong tips. Summary: 1. Donot go by the picture they have uploaded. The facilities are very old now. 2. Avoide this place, if you can afford bit extra in a private resort. There are lot many near by. 3. Not worth to the money they are charging.

The hotel was not clean. There were seepage from walls, mosquitoes and lizards in the room. Bathroom was not clean. Bird dropings everywhere making air smelly. My car was completely spoiled by bird dropings. Food was ok. But restaurant was unhygenic. Service was ok. Only good thing about this place was the beach is next to the room. But the beach is not clean. Not well maintained.

Location is excellent, Food is good , amenities is ok but Service & Maintenance is absolutely poor .

It's huge old property1948with lot of greenery,on the beach, sculpture park,ocean view rooms,need maintainance of room and efficient and honest staff,food is simple , healthy and tasty,house keeping staff is lethargic, resturant incharge overcharged and didn't give bill.Management has left loopholes for such occasions.

Food is great. Location is also fine but facilities are not that much good. Need development in rooms, wifi and proper working Telivisions. Another big issue is birds poop.

This Property's location, food and amenities are overall good. Only issue is there is no covered parking and we can't take our car without washing as there are lot of birds in parking area trees.
