Location and service is awesome. our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed being at the property. For my subsequent visits, most of which would be when I drive down to Bangalore in my car, would like to see some valet parking assistance to manage the car parking, without having to disturb other guests to have them move their cars to get my car out, Look forward to my next stay coming up on 28Apr.

couple⏰ check in 12.00 hrs check out 11.00 hrs 🅿 Parking Activity 🏋♂️ 💼 Business Centre (Fax, printer, photocopy) 🛫 40 km 🚂 8 km 🐾Pets not allowed 🤷♂Language : English, Hindi I stayed at this property in Jun 2024 with my wife . We booked one Studio Twin room with pvt. courtyard on the ground floor. For our five nights stay for two persons with breakfast. We arrived around noon and the check in process was smooth. Let us now move to the review of facilities and my experience. ( Rating have been assigned in a Scale of 1 to 5, 5 being highest):- A. Location : Located at 100 feet road, Indiranagar. Everything is close by. Extremely well located. (Rating 5). B. Room : The room on the ground floor was fairly large in size of 387 square feet with a small courtyard. Room was slightly dated but clean with a queen sized bed , a large writing desk , one small dining desk, refrigerator, TV, wardrobe, iron and hair driers (on demand), a safe. Bed mattress was comfy on the softer side, with large pillows and cushions and matching linens . The room was clean and have amenities like tea/coffee making facility, fully equipped pantry with microwave oven, induction cooker, chimney, aquaguard and all required utensils.. Tea/coffee pouches replaced every day. Toilet is large and with an enclosed shower area. Toilet is fitted with sanitary fitings of acceptable quality. Toileteries like shampoo and soap were provided. Quality of toileteries were of average quality. Room is well lit with good air conditioning . Room has free wifi and signals are reasonably fast. (Rating 4 ) C. Facilities : The hotel being of a serviced apartment class, provides limited facilities. They have a small lobby with reception area, fax, printer and photocopying facility. Car hire service available. (Rating 4) D. Dining options: The hotel has a breakfast room and in room dining facilities. Breakfast is reasonably good and served to order basis. (Rating 4). E. Overall service : The hotel has very well behaved team of staff at the reception and also at its housekeeping and dining room. All requests are met immediately with a smile. (Rating 4.75) F. Suggested improvements :- 1. Towels looks old and needs to be replaced immediately; 2. Body lotion should have been provided . Overall: Location, large room size and helpful team of staffs are the major plus points. (OVERALL RATING 4.25)

Solo long term stay
soloStaying solo for a long term stay in tristar. The best part is the excellent service. Right from mr. Jagdish at the reception and mr. Prakash at the restaurant. Very polite, cooperative and ever cheerful. Housekeeping is done everyday. Perfect central location is a boon.
