The receptionist was not very assisting. For every amenities like towels etc we had to ask rather than providing us beforehand.

Worst experience 😑 if you are a cockroaches lover then book this room🤦🏻 bedsheets pillows are dirty , I never experienced this kind of issues in hotel , and never expected from make my trip will suggest this kind of rooms 😡

I booked 2 rooms in that one room a/c is not working and the room full of ciggerate smell, other than that the responce is ok and the room location is good.

Please book this hotel only after talking to the customer service. The people at the hotel are really bad hosts. The one in the night shift is at-least talkable. The host in the day time the tamil speaking guy is horrible. He acts as if we are beggars and we are here at his hotel to beg. No basic amenities like towel and shampoo. Only a piece of soap. If you try asking he says if you book through mmt this is only wat you get. A room without an ac and sticky dirty floor
