Everything is OK, however they need to be more polite while interacting with clients. It is also necessary to build a neat and clean service.

The location of the hotel is good and if you book sea view rooms, you get complete sea view . The main issue is the hotel is understaffed. There is no owner of the hotel , thus it is running with the help of two staffs. They have a restaurant which is not operative, you will not get any services, not even a packaged water or a electric kettle or a bare minimum cup of tea. As their intercom doesn't work , you need to go down to the reception each time you need something. The overall location and the rooms are clean. But there are no staff in this hotel.
