Staffs behaviour was like whatever happens there it’s none of thier business. There was no one to help carry baggages. Toiletries not provided. We have to demand them. Hotel is located in a nice location. But parking space is congested.

Goo Stay at 2k.
Good Rooms for the price since I got it at 50% offer. The bathroom was not clean and was disappointing; including water faucets, old buckets, half used messy shower gel containers etc. Hotel service was prompt and cordial in other services. provided extras pillow covers and towels. A decent tasty complimentary breakfast was arranged at the hotel itself although there is no one site restaurant.

Poor hotel - not recommended
Poor amenities and hotel . Though location is very good if you want to visit fort kochi. Rooms are extremely small, appliances are of low quality not useable, service is poor.

The rooms are old and the linens are not at all clean. Rooms are smelly and water in the bathroom are salty and dirty.

Location - poor connectivity. Far away from metro station. Food - very bad. Breakfast served was very cold and not upto the mark.

Property at an ideal location having good connectivity
coupleThe property is located at an ideal place having proximity to metro station, marine drive, water metro station etc. It does not have a restaurant but there are many restaurants nearby thus do away with the food problem. They do provide breakfast with limited choices but they are perfect for the day to start with.

Good stay. Breakfast area needs bit improvement. Location is perfect
Very friendly staff during checkin late night at front desk. Rooms are spacious and bathroom is good for day stay. My only issue was with breakfast area as it was full for house fly. I could barely sit and eat. Hotel staff acknowledged the issue and rectified it so for their customer service i appreciate their help. Apart from breakfast the location is awesome. Walking distance to beach and fast food

Good Stay
soloMy stay was short but relaxed. Its a budget hotel, but well maintained, staff are nice and courteous. Only thing i found fault with is their bfast. In the room there is a description of the items especially eggs n tea which was not provided

My experience in treebo qasr
I had a wonderful stay at the treebo qasr. The rooms were very clean and hygienic, and the staff were polite and helpful. I appreciated their daily reminders to enjoy the breakfast buffet. However, one aspect that was a bit uncomfortable was when a staff member asked for my room number every day while i was eating, as they seemed to think i was a trespasser
