The ac was not working and there are dust on rooms at least ensure good quality rooms, bathroom was also not good

Excellent Hotel for a business trip. Location is really convenient and all the good surroundings nearby. Hotel staff is really helpful.

No Proper ventilation in the room and corridors. The floor numbers do not match in the lift. Very small working table. No hand shower. No tissue paper

recently stayed at this hotel for a short trip and found the experience to be fairly average. The location was convenient, and check-in was smooth, but the positives mostly end there. The room I was given was noticeably small and cramped, making it difficult to move around or unpack comfortably. The bed was firm and not particularly inviting, and the limited space made it feel more like a budget hostel than a proper hotel. However, the service was decent — staff were polite and helpful when approached

The hotel has great ambiance and people are polite but room service is not good. many amenities were not been provided properly including the limited wifi access, no dental kit, no ironing facilities, drinking water facility is really concerning as limited number of bottles were provided.

The location of the hotel is extremely good for anyone staying for the purpose of going to infopark or smart city. There is a good set of restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. The hotel is kept clean and they provide a bottle of water, bath towel and toiletries as amenities. They have a cable TV connection which provides local and national channels along with sports ones. Overall the hotel is a good recommended one.

The hotel is clean and affordable for a one night stay. Staffs are friendly. Few things missing are: no attached restaurant, bathroom taps are not well maintained so not working properly

check in time is late and they are not considered out office time and charging extra for the hours. Rooms are very small and two people the bed would not be comfortable because of our size and bed cushion

Location is closer to Infopark, rooms are clean and all the amenities were working. Only issue I had is the secondary lock was not working from inside

Very bad experience, not feel comfortable. Wifi also not working properly. Not even a good car parking. There were no daily necessities in the room.

The rooms are really really small. The place has no kitchen, so no cutlery. The room has a kettle and they've provided a few sachets of whitener, coffee, tea and sugar. But the hotel doesn't have cups! the breakfast option is a farce. They have a tie up with a small and questionable restaurant about 100 mtrs away. You take a coupon from the reception and go there. Absolutely not worth the price. I would avoid at all costs!

Pleasant and helpful staff. They did the best they can to make our stay comfortable at a reasonable price, the lights in the room were pleasing, and the bed was also comfy, the room service guys were polite and offered exceptional service at all times

The room is clean and comfortable. In the bathroom the shower was not working and i did not like the smell of the bathroom. There was a kettle and enough tea coffee packs. The tea cups provided were not clean.

Location is good but there is a slope with narrow road in front of hotel. Hotel does not offer food services. They give breakfast coupon & u have to cross the road & eat in restaurant across the road room is congested & not worth spending so much. Services are average.
