While booking the room, it was clearly mentioned as a Mountain View room. However, upon arrival at the hotel during check-in, we were informed that due to limited availability, the Mountain View rooms were already occupied. No alternative was arranged, and we were asked to accept a smaller twin room, despite being charged for a deluxe Mountain View room. Although a refund was processed after raising concerns, our holiday experience was significantly affected. Neither the hotel nor MMT provided any support in arranging alternative accommodation nearby, leaving us disappointed and inconvenienced.
