Hospitality was good but the bedshits were not cleaned dirty pillows i have to change the room because water is not coming from toilet and they charge extra for few hours early check in

I like it that stay,i like it that 308 room but, hot water not com, TV is not come, that is my small problem,i am next month is come. repair that ok, that tv ok

Very very worst experience. Service is very bad. No service man. Housekeeping is very poor. The bathroom is very dirty. Geyser is not working. AC is not working. In the washroom the water tap is not working. Breakfast is the worst. No plate, no bowl, no spoon. Cold water is not provided. Washroom accessories were not provided.

this hotel staf's behaviour is vary polite,and this hotel position is perfect...and this hotel is on the centre of city....good experience.👍

Service is poor . Room is not well AC is not working,bathroom water tap is working. Bed sheet is not clean , housekeeping staff not come daily basic

Rooms are not well maintained,, blanket are very old not clean ,water is chargeable,I checked out the room 16 hrs before and check in 3 hrs before for that they charges extra money this is not good policy if the rooms are available then charging money for a vacant room is very bad policy , reception person behaviour is very good

The stay was good. Make my trip has helped me to get good room. The staff were polite and as soon as i logged an incident, make my trip has solved the issue very quickly. I recommend makemytrip to my friends and family. Thanks for serving quick

Location wise is good. everything accessible from the location. Cleaning wise I felt bit disappointed but other things are good.

This is the worst hotel I have ever come across. The room was in an absolutely unacceptable condition – no pillow covers, no blankets, a foul smell in the room, and the washroom was extremely dirty with a strong bad odor. To make it worse, water was leaking from the ceiling. I had to leave the hotel immediately after seeing the condition. Total waste of money, and unfortunately, MakeMyTrip has also not provided any support for this issue. Highly disappointing experience – I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

Billing was clear and detailed for accounting purposes. No hidden fees or confusing charges that would create problems with finance department.
