They were really co-operative even the check in mentioned 8am I called him prior and told him we are arriving at 4am they accepted check in , every day the cleaning was done , geaser Ac were working well , Tv didn’t work but that’s okay . Even when we wanted to check out the staff helped us to book local auto to reach airport

Nice stay at manasa servive apartments. Staff is so good. Near to RK beach, Sub marine musium, Air craft musium and so many parks are walkable distance. Totally 2 days i stay there with my family. I love it.

It was 3days trip to vskp stayed at Manasa Homes had a pleasent stay, place was neat and clean , lift is available, area is easily accessible to all tourist spots, good thing here was check in time was at 8am , there was no need to wait till 11 like any other hotel, safe for solo travellers too as it is situated in residential area.Service was good , AC, Geyser available.

I just wanted a night stay enroute Araku Valley. Simple place and quiet area. No in house food. Need to arrange walk to nearby area.

Nice room. Service is good. Location was so near from rk beach. Staff behaviour also very good. Overall experience is very good

We didn't stay there, ended up booking another hotel room. They show best pictures which is probably somewhere else and is nothing like the room we where allocated. It was a room in an apartment in a housing colony and no signs on the building. Finding the place took so long and was so difficult. Narrow roads with both sides kerbs and rod is full of parked cars. No parking available on site or nearby. The room was dirty, bed was dirty, the toilet looked filthy too. Around midnight i had to find another hotel to sleep which was not easy. There was no one to raise concerns the staff doesn't speak telugu, hindi or english. They called somebody, the only response was we won't be given a different room or refund. Description also states 4-5 mins walk to rk beach which is impossible

Value for money, the host was good. The room was clean and good. They even contacted me one day prior and help you with any questions you have.

The stay was comfortable and the staff is pleasing and helpful. Especially the manager and staff is odia. So it is quite easy for odia people for conversation.

The hotel stay was horrible. I changed 4 rooms and all the rooms are in very bad condition. The toilet was very dirty, buckets were slippery, water was leaking from the taps, ac remote was not working, blankets were dirty and many more things. The rooms are very small too. Pictures provided by them are not trustworthy because those rooms are not with them anymore. This is not even a proper hotel.

The room was small in size but good. Bathroom will be required to improve in quality. Overall good experience and owner and staff is of good nature.

Rooms are good but location wise it's little bit far from rk beach. So, those are coming with their personal vehicle, this place is best for them. Otherwise each and every day you have pay approx 300 rs for up and down from hotel to rk beach

Pleasant clean ambience. Clean rooms. Very caring and helpful staff. Only thing is they don’t have a room service for food. You need to arrange your food yourself. There’s no restaurant also. But there’s a very nice south indian restaurant nearby called 7 to 9, to ey have good tasty food.

Total disappointment. Rooms were dirty. Tv’s were toys. Even ac had technical issues. No proper toiletries. Worst manager. Actually a poor management.

We needed an early morning check-in on our arrival day, and the management arranged it without fuss. It was really helpful for us. It seems in-house catering facility is absent except for tea or coffee. Filtered drinking water is provided. Our room had a good window view of the adjacent greenery.

Nearer to rk beach makes it very convenient for our site scene and everyday food. Food delivery was also available from well known restaurants like domino's and biryani and dosa. Clean bathroom is ok. They need to work on ac.
