pls select this hotel in the worst scenario
location of that room was really poor, the view from the window was garbage dumping place. food was worth Rs 150 not more. what amenities? asked for tv connection as it was not working so they changed the TV in 15 mins, did not have fan n motor in the exhaust fan. Bathrooms were 6 x 6.

Good stay and homely food
Hotel room is very good . Nice view from 2nd floor. Food available in the restaurant is very testy and budget friendly.

Good Hotel to Stay, Rooms are very good, Washrooms also clean, Staff Behavior also Good but Veg & Non Veg food provided by Hotel so some difficulties for vegetation people.

Room not ready at checkin time. No balcony, no exhaust. No inhouse kitchen
I booked a standard room. But the room was not ready at check-in time 12 pm. I had to wait to get the room. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. No balcony. They are providing breakfast but apart from that they are not cooking for the rest of the day. I had to order dinner from an outside restaurant.

Ok for short stay
the view behind the hotel was nice as it's valley and lingmala waterfall from far off still wifi interest is not working so mobile data is to be relied on further do bring your own slippers as it's not given by the hotel but rest all given as tolietries

Excellent Stay
Very nice hotel, behaviour of staff is very good. Resort is clean and hygienic. Swimming pool is also good. Breakfast is very nice.

Wilson point-highest point in mahabaleshwar is just near to the hotel, perfect location. The staff was very good but room service was bit slow.

familyIt was overall a good stay at the hotel. The location was good and the staff was very good. The only concern was with the restaurant and its service. Due to the owner's agenda of saving food, they are preparing food on request. For pre-booked customers have to wait if unplanned customers also check in to the restaurant. The restaurant food was ok though but the service was extremely poor. Due to this factor it was not worth what they are charging. If they have to cut cost in the restaurant food and it's service they have to also charge less for hotel booking.

Room was not as shown in the pics no balcony was present
Likes : 1. Quality food 2. Swimming pool and seating area near swimming pool was good 3. Hotel location dislikes: 1. Swimming pool was not at all clean some dirt and dead insects was present inside the pool. 2. Roof top area floors was not clean and fresh 3. Room was given without any seating area like balcony it was on ground floor pathetic according to the price we paid. 4. Wi-fi network was disconnecting in between. 5. No cloths hanger was present in the cloth storage area. Called makemytrip customer support they were not able to provide any help or room upgradation no refund no other hotel booking just pathetic.
