Property Location is not approachable and basic amenities were not available.

Bedsheet and pillow not higenic.there are lot of blood marks on bedsheet and pillow.. hotel is near to main road and food courts.over all just average

Rooms have a bad odour even the bed sheet is dirty and windows are even not closing properly so flies are coming inside the rooms

Very comfortable and spacious stay with good service with better pricing options including breakfast.

Room no 202, superior rooms need urgent attention. 1. Leakage in the bathroom roof 2. Electrical points not working in the washroom 3. Light is low in washroom 4. Geyser is very small. It should be a big geyser to take shower.

It’s a no frills property. Simple clean, spacious rooms. The property is built in existing flats. Room were quite clean. Reception is good and helpful staff

I check out 1 day early against 2days booking. Btt not get refund

The hotel is average but the food amenities service are not good properly. The staff are not friendly so that overall picture of hotel for my point of view it is not good. Thanks

Stay was good & comfortable. Rooms are big, clean & airy. Person sitting at the reception, ranjit, is very helpful & supportive.

It was overall good. We didn't take good, but rooms are spacious and it is very comfortable time wise to stay

I stayed for 2 days, staff is good. Rooms are clean. There are many food outlets nearby. Bathrooms are nice too.

Meri life ka sabse worst hotel tha ye, washroom, bedroom sab itna dirty room or almera m cockroach ghoom rhea h, tv m problem aa gaya koi response nhi 2 hour k bad aate h koi solution nhi last m network issue bhai wifi se chal rha h tv isme konsa network issue baki side rooms m chal rha h, extra time nhi milega sir check out k lye extra pay karna padega, int i bekar location pg k bich last m jakar bilkul no view, mera tree o hotel m booking hua tha side m ink a chota hotel h hotel empire excutive karke mujhe usme room diya gaya or refundable nhi tha isliye kuch nhi ho sakta tha, not suggest to other to book this hotel

Cons: hot water timings in a room initially allocated to me is 6 am to 2 pm. The geyser is installed in only a few rooms. Tv was not working. Stains on the wall, bedsheet. Washroom/bathroom was properly cleaned. There were no hangers/hooks to hang used clothes. Some chairs were broken where the breakfast is usually served. Pro: wifi working perfectly fine. I did not get a chance to click a pictures

The hotel is situated within a pg district with lots of food joints nearby. It is a flat converted into hotel property. Was in the premium room, with my wife. However the room windows were facing the rooms of boys hostel in a very close proximity and the curtains were very thin. The privacy was very much compromised. Telephone was not working. Breakfast plates were stains of washing agent. Property is not maintained properly. Very close to all the offices of hinjawadi.

Worst service and not clean ness food also bad. No special breakfast only regular one item only. How. I vacated on 27th only

Small rooms, no phone in room, complimentary breakfast could be better, with better optiojs location little difficult to find

Property was inside a small lane. Was very difficult to park the car. After check inn found that the staff had not kept towel and soap. On calling the reception they told to use the body wash kept in bathroom. I told them that body wash bottle is empty pols refill. But they didn't paid any attention. I bought soap from outside. Then found tv setup box is not working. I called reception and room service guy came and told tata sky will not work. It's a smart tv. Pols use that only. But this too wasn't working. Room service person was not able to set the smart tv. He told in morning he will send someone. In morning breakfast was pathetic. It's waste of money to stay in this property. In morning i again requested reception to set tv but of no use. No one came. I then check out will never come to this property
