Good location good food at very reasonable price staff behaviour very good . My advice hotel should have one or two vehicle it will be convenient for customer to go to Dalhousie or nearby market as hotel is somewhat isolated

The hotel is very lovely and is in a very good location. The entire staff of the hotel is very cheerful and cooperative. The way of working is very good. There are all the facilities which some other hotels do not have. If you check, i have been staying here for almost 18 months. Awesome.

Hotel is good with good food and amenities but one issue i faced is that this hotel is approx 10 kms away from main market or mall road of dalhousie and other attractions

Overall a pleasant stay. Location was really nice. I would suggest to have better lighting in the rooms and washrooms. Additionally bathroom needs to have wiper to clean the additional water. The staff was very courteous and food was good.

Great location less crowded. Safety standards are good but food is not good.

The hotel staff was not at all cooperative plus they behaved very rudely. First of all the room, we booked as shown while booking and the room they allotted were totally different. They allotted us small rooms where was no ventilation, a/c not working. When asked to upgrade the room they asked for ₹2500 and I had no other option because all the hotels were occupied and I was forced to pay them the money they demanded. When shifted to their given room there were a lot of small harmful insects and when I complained about this they started giving excuses. A/c did not work when I complained about this to the manager they went rude with us saying sir open the windows and I am pretty much disappointed that I did not pay extra for this type of service. If someone is forced to eat in their life just have a stay at this hotel to ruin your trip and make it worse. When asked for a complimentary water bottle they refused and said it's finished but when I offered them some amount for a bottle of water then they came up with a water bottle. Being an explorer I travel a lot and never had any bad experience with any hotel in any location but this made my trip like hell.

Too good staff with polite behavior! We cancel dinner at night but the manager swaps our dinner with a lunch meal.
