Review Of Hotel Namaskar Heights

This is wort experience I ever had.. rooms were very very small.. you get the felling of being caged. Staff also seems unprofessional. Not at all able to stay in this hotel and had to book another one on the spot.

service is good and room is neat and clean outside view is awesome 👌

The stay was very comfortable and good. The staff of the hotel was very cooperative and they upgraded my room without any cost. Food was very good. Overall best hotel to stay, the view is awesome

Room is average, bathroom in very bad condition, food is ok. Table in room in broken condition. room condition is not good.

Rooms too small bed sheets torned out no toiletries no tea kettle in room included breakfast was very funny only poha was served, oily puri and only curry of sabji was available tv cabinatr was supported with bricks parking not arranged properly we wait for about 30 to 45 min to get our car out from parking no restaurant services tv was defective bed was very dirty

Amazing experience! It was my wife’s birthday and our marriage anniversary. The hotel boss Lakshya M arranged a beautiful decoration and we got pleasantly surprised 🥰🥰. The staff was polite and welcoming . The manager was a great guide and his experience helped us discover this natural beauty .Hotel room has an breathtaking valley view and we spent most of the time in balcony gazing the birds and animals around . Super !!

Conditions of rooms and furniture is filthy, dirty towers were provided. Tv was broken and somehow running, tv remote was working. Balcony was cleaned may be post independence only.

It was confirmed and documented on the application as well that there will be ac in the hotel but there was none- not even a ceiling fan was there. The exhaust in the washroom was not working, plus there was only one wall fan whose swing was not working hence bekng in the wall facing position it was also not of any use

Worst stay ever no tv in the room bedsheets and towels were too dirty the fan was not working the swing was broken and the roof of the bathroom was broken they allotted us the wrong room after arriving charging plugs were not working i will never ever suggest anyone to stay there. And the deluxe room was not provided even after booking for the same

Nearby to mall road gandhi chowk which is good part of the property. But i have booked deluxe room in this property and in the photos they had jet spray in the washroom but when i checked in the room there was not any jet spray in the washroom, i requested them to shift my room in what i have booked, they said the photos they have put for deluxe room are actually belongs to the premium rooms. The denied to shift me in other room

Hotel facility and staff is good. But room is so small.

Had a comfortable stay, food is very delicious, staff is quite adjusting, property is clean, overall had a good time here

Location of the hotel is very good. But one problem i faced was i by mistake booked non view rooms but when i asked to change the room on extra charge, they were charging for a very heavy price more than what showing on makemytrip. Food was good. Overall satisfied.
