Excellent Stay
pleasant and excellent stay, we enjoyed a lot , weather and treebo rooms as well, staff was quiet supportive and familier . location of hildaar is just 100 steps to mall road , property is well maintained, overall experience was mesmerizing

pathetic hotel, not recommended for stay
pathetic services, to name few - 1. multiple times power cut with no backups and I have to be in dark room for 30 min stretch without electricity 2. diety and unhygienic rooms and linen 3. bathroom sink was jammed and no water was flowing thru it 4. intercom was not working 5. Food was not at all tasty 6. most of the time staffs were unavailable at reception

Average Stay, not good not bad
Property location was good, the hotel was near Mall road. Food was average. The room's fan was not operational, the hot water shower was not operational and the door bell of the room was not operational. Room service was a bit delayed and not at par, for example you would not get the morning tea before 8 am. I stayed for three nights and I tried to order tea at 7 am but no response.

loved the place, hygienic place and good food. liked the location, very near the mall road, just that one needs to know the paths well, otherwise Dalhauji has one ways and congested roads. Treebo should share property numbers (who who line there, instead of central numbers) to every guest here for car directions and parking. without directions one may have a bad day to a property which is excellent otherwise.

good stay
location of hotel is near to the market. hotel is good in terms of amenities ,food and excellent in service. only drawback is you need to climb steps while reaching to reception and your room, as hotel do not have any lift.. hotel cleanness and room service is excellent.

Had a marvelous stay at the Treebo Hilldaar hotel....easy to reach location...has a mesmerizing view from balcony... peaceful environment...and the hospitalityis quite awesome... special mention to... manager Jatin and....very humble person..helped us in every situation...and special thanks to Abhi...who made our stay much more comfortable with his great hospitality.... Breakfast was too delicious also...rooms are also neat and clean...and spacious also...if you want to visit Dalhousie anytime...must stay here to get awesome experience....

Unstable conditions at Dalhousie
The hotel was good … but due to black out declared by local authorities… we had no power on our first night … We had a booking for two days …. 08 to 10th May …we left on 09 May early morning due to local unstable conditions without breakfast … we are seeking a REFUND OF ONE DAY… Pls assist

Very nice hotel in proximity to Mall Road and Gandhi Chowk. Service and Food quality is great. Staff is humble and cooperative. Parking available but needs to be improved.

They are not having the kitchen. Whatever food is required they get it from the market. We are the four members and take the breakfast which was not heigenic and our stomach got upset. M

The stay was amazing. It's a totally new renovated property. The staff is cooperative. It is situated near the gandhi chowk and market. Only one thing negative is that the bathroom are a bit small.
