It was pleasant stay there ..staff was quite nice . Only problem was some of the power socket was not working but it was manageable . Hotel was very close to Gandhi chowk . Overall I had a nice time with my family..

Extremely worst services. Bedsheets were not cleaned. The bathroom was stinking. Overall we had an extremely disappointing experience at dalhousie because of this hotel. The property is way overpriced, i strongly recommend to stay away from this property,

Everything was ok but the staff had a very laid back attitude. Didn't provide with the coffee, and creamer sachets that normally all hotels provide. It's just ok to stay for one night.

Location of hotel was very good near to all destinations. Room interior was very good. Staff was friendly & co-operative.

Hotel location was good. Amenities were very poor. No 24 he room service. Linen and towels are not upto the mark. Almirahs were dirty.

The best point of the hotel is that it has it's own car parking. Situated very near to the main market 200m only very nice clean hotel rooms are big but somewhat expensive in the month of may because it is full season time. Recommended for family stay also

Basic hotel amenities and food was average. Location of the hotel is very close to mall road. Gentle staff. Food ordered was brought hot but chicken biryani was badly cooked.

Food is highly overpriced. Very few options for breakfast which was included in package. Expected to have buffet breakfast but hotel keen on cost-cutting. Nearby Gandhi market is 5 minutes from hotel offers variety of cuisine. Would recommend this hotel only for overnight stay and the ready to pay extra charges for heater for certain price per night.
