Stay is very pleasant and comfortable staff is very cooperative food is also good amenities and hotel services is very good

I just lived the first night with my family that's really what we enjoy. Everyone has to be go and live at least one night with family or friends, really enjoy this property and foods

Very nice location, staff is cooperative. Food quality is also good. House keeping needs improvement.

Hot water problem is there at the hotel. They don't serve snacks after 8 pm. Breakfast buffet don't have variety.

I am not satisfied with the overall ambiance and atmosphere of the hotel. We can compare it with staying in a local dharamshala or community rest house because it lacked the expected level of comfort or luxury. The hotel claims to be a pure vegetarian establishment but serves non-vegetarian food openly during dinner (i have personally witnessed. However, the good thing of the hotel was only staff behavior. I felt that the hotel did not provide good value for the money i paid for my stay here.

Good for short trip, staff was very cordial and polite. Recommended, food quality was also nice and rooms were spacious.

Food was the best and hygienic. Pure veg food(jain), tasty breakfast and dinner. Room facilities were all good. Staff were also good room cleanliness could be improved. Location is good with amazing views of the valley, but to walk to the mall road main market it takes 15min. Nothing much to do around for walkable distance. But it's not isolated. It's just 5 min drive from mall road. Usually there is traffic jam when entering the mall road from hotel via car. Overall amazing experience, even fire longer duration! nothing to worry at all. Totally recommend this stay in dalhousie.

Misleading and incomplete terms and conditions about hotel rules. No water bottles provided for the day, and ordering water from room service was charged. No mattress was provided and again charged for ordering from room service. Very inconvenient stay and power kept on going off frequently. No

If you want a comfortable stay at dalhousie, the president hotel is a great option. The location is only 5 mintues from gandhi chowk. The view from hotel is great, room is spacious, staff was polite and courteous. The best part is the hotel has it own parking place which is a blessing in crowded dalhousie. I will definitely revisit it.

Experienced very pleasant and safe stay as solo female traveller. Property is on road and in very close proximity of main city center gandhi chowk, mall road. Staff is very cooperative.

In that price bracket (i paid 5000+ for 1 day) it was a pathetic room. No hygiene standards. I was given a room in basement with no view. Food was unhygienic and very limited options.

The place is below average. The quality of the breakfast was also not good with bare minimum spread. N in spite of being in hill station they have inadequate heating equipment. Not at kk value for money. One can get better hotels in same rate. Only advantage it is 10 minutes walking from main market gandhi chowk.
